ABOUT US
Olico was born out of our founder's frustration at having lived in apartment blocks where the communal areas were neglected - litter in the communal areas, dirty lifts and dusty stairwells. Knowing that there had to be a better way, Olico was born. Years later, our core offering remains communal area cleaning - yet we've now expanded to offer a full range of cleaning and resident services, from bin store management to student turnarounds, warehouse to office cleaning, as well as concierge services and more. Built on our foundations of providing a quality, reliable service, we work with our customers to provide the perfect cleaning solution, ensuring their sites are kept clean, tidy, welcoming and most importantly, hygienic.
