Olico are able to offer maintenance packages in conjunction with our cleaning services or as a stand alone product giving you the peace of mind that your communal areas are kept safe, secure and in good working order.
Regular maintenance inspections ensure that any potential problems are dealt with promptly before they become an issue and result in higher costs in the future.
We will ensure that your building is maintained to a high standard including health and safety signage where required, lighting maintenance - particularly emergency lighting, alarm testing, meter readings, PAT testing and regular risk assessments with action plans.
A budget will be agreed with you in advance of any works being carried out and a proposal agreed for services performed.
