We carried out a post-build clean at a unit within Manchester Printworks, preparing the space for handover following completion of works.

The requirement

The site required a thorough clean to remove dust, debris and residue left from building works, ensuring the space was presented to a high standard ready for occupation. Given the nature of the clean, attention to detail and a coordinated approach were essential.

The approach

A team of operatives was deployed to carry out a full clean of the site, covering floors, surfaces, fixtures and all internal areas.

Specialist equipment and products were used where required to remove build-up and achieve a consistent finish throughout the space.

The outcome

The unit was brought up to a clean, presentable standard ready for use, with all areas thoroughly cleaned and prepared for handover. The difference in overall appearance was immediate, with the space transformed from a post-build environment into a clean and finished space.
