We provide communal area cleaning at a 26-storey residential building in MediaCity, supporting the day-to-day upkeep of a high-traffic, multi-tenant development.

The requirement

The site required a reliable cleaning service with consistent standards across all communal areas, including entrances, corridors, lifts and shared facilities. Following a change in contractor, a smooth transition was essential to ensure there was no disruption to residents or the day-to-day running of the building.

The approach

We managed the full TUPE process for the existing cleaning team, ensuring continuity and a seamless handover from the previous contractor. A clear cleaning schedule and site specification were put in place from the outset, with regular quality checks to maintain standards across the building.

The outcome

The transition was completed smoothly, with no disruption to the site. Standards improved immediately following takeover, with noticeable improvements across communal areas and positive feedback from both residents and management.

The site continues to be maintained to a consistent, high standard.
